Human Rights Day 2025 Statement – Mr. KC

Human Rights Day 2025 Statement – Mr. KC
Statement
Wednesday, December 10, 2025 – Today, on International Human Rights Day, we are reminded that many of the world’s leaders have fallen short in their responsibility to protect human dignity. Peace remains the only true and lasting solution. Through my Global Peace 2030 Agenda, I continue to seek a final and comprehensive path to peace—one that ends violence against women, children, and people of all religions.
Across the world, people desire the same basic rights: access to free education, healthcare, work, freedom of expression, and the opportunity to participate fully in society. These rights are universal and non-negotiable.
Every person is born on this Earth and therefore should have the right to travel freely. I believe that individuals should be allowed to visit any country for at least three months, except where genuine security concerns exist. My vision is to end the global immigration and refugee crisis by building a world where people move not out of fear, but out of freedom.
Human rights must be protected for all—children, women, and every individual. Peace itself is a fundamental human right, and it stands at the heart of my Global Peace 2030 Agenda.
Let us reaffirm our commitment to a world built on peace, dignity, and respect for all.
– Sappan KC, President / Global Peace 2030
