President Mr. KC Calls for Peace Talks in Burkina Faso

Tuesday, 12 May 2026 – The ongoing armed conflict in Burkina Faso continues to intensify, and the humanitarian situation is worsening. In response, President Mr. KC has taken the initiative to promote a peace process aimed at bringing the government and conflicting parties together at the negotiation table.
Mr. KC has directly sent a proposal for peace to Captain Ibrahim Traoré, President of Burkina Faso in Ouagadougou, and has also communicated through other official channels to leaders of the conflicting parties. In his proposal, Mr. KC has encouraged all sides to come together under a common agenda focused on national interest and the well-being of the people, emphasizing that their key demands can be addressed through dialogue and negotiation.
Mr. KC has previously called for peace and stability in Burkina Faso as part of his Global Peace 2030 Agenda.
