Sudan: Protecting Civilians and Upholding Medical Neutrality
The Europe Peace Foundation is deeply alarmed by the escalating violence and humanitarian collapse in Sudan, where millions have been displaced and hospitals have been deliberately targeted. Such attacks represent a direct violation of humanitarian law and a grave affront to human dignity. The Foundation calls for an immediate cessation of hostilities, independent investigations into attacks on civilians, and the establishment of humanitarian corridors to guarantee safe access to life-saving aid. The Europe Peace Foundation upholds the principle that medical spaces must never become battlefields and that peace begins with the unconditional protection of human life.
